We know your children are the most precious thing you bring with you on Sunday, and we want them to love and grow from their experience with us. Contact Kelly McRell, the Family and Outreach Minister, for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org or 704-333-9081 x102.
Nursery (ages 2 and under)
For families with children ages 2 and under, we have a nursery available during both services from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Little ones break bread (or, in this case goldfish) while hearing the stories and themes of Scripture through song. The nursery is located in a classroom within the Child Development Center and is staffed by two workers each week.
Children's Sunday School
Every Sunday between services, from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., we offer a children's Sunday school program in the Child Development Center for young ones ages 3 through elementary school.
Youth Sunday School
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday, the youth (middle and high school ages) have Sunday School from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m in the Child Development Center. On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, the youth are invited to join the adults in the larger "Diving Deep" class that takes place during the same time in the third floor auditorium of the educational wing. "Diving Deep" explores the What? So What? Now What? of the week's sermon topic.
During the 11:00 a.m. service, children 8 and under start out in the sanctuary. After the "Children's Moment," kids ages 2 and under will be led to the nursery, while children ages 3 to 8 will head to Children's Chapel. Older kids will return to the sanctuary before the end of the service. Parents can pick up the younger ones from the nursery following the service.
Youth and Young Adult Supper Club
On the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, the youth and young adults are invited to enjoy games and a meal together. The group meets from 5:30 to 7:30 at the home of Kelly McRell, Family and Outreach Minister. The cost for dinner is $5.
